4. Data Retention & Automatic Deletion
We retain your data for a limited period and automatically delete it:
- Chat conversations - Automatically deleted after 30 days
- Uploaded documents - Automatically deleted after 30 days
- Profile information - Retained until you request deletion
Automatic Deletion: Our system automatically removes your conversations and uploaded documents 30 days after creation. No action is required from you.
5. Data Storage Location
Your data is stored securely in:
- Database - Hosted on Replit's secure cloud infrastructure (United States)
- File storage - Replit Object Storage (United States)
- AI processing - OpenAI API (United States) for chat responses
By using this service, you consent to your data being processed in these locations.
